Joshua Bell Violin Subway

I'm sorry for writing a lot of posts nowdays. But I am a beginner and have a hard time to figuring out how things sometimes work by myself.
I can't save articulations in Kontakt with Joshua Bell Violin. I know I should be using expression maps and I will of course do so later in time to get a more natural expressive and varying violin sound.
When I set articulations for Joshua Bell Violin in Kontakt it doesn't save those when I reopen the project. I have tried both Joshua Bell Violin and Joshua Bell Violin Legacy, no change. I have also tried taking a snapshot in Kontakt and loading it, but for articulations it doesn't work. But there are exceptions, articulations like ricochet and pizzicato will be saved, even without me using a snapshot. But lets say I make a backup of a project using ricochet articulation and save it, then Joshua Bell Violin goes back to the standard sustain articulation (that of course can't be turned of).
I also want to mention, I compose without a keyboard at the moment.
I feel like the greatest noob on the planet and don't understand why it acts this way. Should I delete Joshua Bell Violin and install it again or is it some obvious basic information that an amateur like me is missing? Is expression map my only option to have a chance of keeping my articulations?
I would highly appreciate some help in all this and I am sorry for asking all this kind of questions.
Best regards Eirich
