Reply to this topicSolved bySep 09, 2017 05:05 I have a samsung Gear 360 camera 2017 edition. I have downloaded the ActionDirector software (which is advertised and bundled with the camera) from Samsung's website, using the link provided to me by their technical support department.
When the software launches, it asks me to attach the camera to my PC and turn it so that the software can activate. When I do this and click Next, ActionDirector crashes every single time.
I have sent the error reports to you over the last week, but have yet to receive a reply.
For clarity, I have tried:
1) 2 different PCs, each running Windows 10 1703 OS Build 15063.540
2) Several USB ports (both USB2 & USB3)
3) 4 different USBC cables when connecting the camera.

I have tried using ActionDirector 2.0.1619 and 2.0.1807 on both PCs but still with no luck.
As it stands, I'm ubale to use a camera that I paid over £200 for
