Posted December 25, 2015. I found running start.exe still did not work. Even though I am in Japanese Locale mode it would not run still just stuck in loop. I found the absolute fix for “Insert DVD”. Being in Japanese Locale mode is not enough. Use Locale Emulator and set it to run in Japanese mode with Administrator rights and it will run. I knew that it was a visual novel adaptation however so I kind of knew what to expect from the structure of the plot, but that was it. So now, let me tell you my thoughts and opinions on the show Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate. Let’s get right to it. It’s undeniable that Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate is one of the best visual novels I’ve played. The story was very engaging, interesting, and each route offers something unique to the character themselves. Best of all, though gameplay50 hours, the novel allows the readers to digest the flow of information and become a part of the adventure.
